The Story Playbook: Front Desk & Ops

This is the playbook behind the magic at Story. Inside you'll find everything that keeps this place humming: how we open and close, welcome guests, give tours, onboard new members, handle bookings, and keep the coffee hot and the kombucha flowing. It's written for our front desk and ops team, whether it's your first shift or your five hundredth. This isn't a rulebook, it's a recipe. Every checklist and SOP in here exists so that anyone who walks through our doors feels like they're stepping into somewhere that gives a damn. So dream bigger, bring your whole self, and when in doubt, look it up here.
